02 RP-PEMF Medical Devices
We expect LOREM X RP-PEMF Medical to be scheduled for market introduction in 2027, pending certification.
Higher efficiency per pulse.
RP-PEMF is designed to deliver stimulation only when target pathways are recovered and responsive.
Instead of using thousands of pulses while tissue is still in a refractory state (low yield for the target), RP-PEMF times pulse events to the pathway’s recovery window, improving targeting effect and reducing the need for excessive stimulation that can drive off-target activation, summation, SNS arousal, and wind-up.
Stimulate like nature intends it
Most conventional medical PEMF devices try to “push harder” by brute force: higher pulse counts, higher |B|, and higher |dB/dt| to squeeze out effect, often at the cost of summation, SNS arousal, wind-up, and off-target activation.
Some conventional systems also promote “special frequencies” (e.g., 7.83 Hz) as if biology were tuned to them.
RP-PEMF takes the opposite approach: recovery-primed stimulation.
RP-PEMF is not a stronger hammer. It’s a better timing strategy: hit the pathway only when recovered, or in other words, only when activation is effective, resulting in fewer pulse events specifically designed for more efficient activation. As a result, there is no need to squeeze out the effect by brute force anymore; gentle, comfortable, safe pulses can be used instead.

03 RP-TMS Devices
Everything described for medical PEMF also applies to TMS.
In fact, because TMS typically uses much stronger drive (exceptionally high |dB/dt|), cumulative effects and wind-up can become even more dominant, which makes a recovery-primed RP-TMS approach particularly compelling.
RP-TMS is on our roadmap, but we are not yet offering a dedicated RP-TMS program or product at this time.
