At MACMED, Luis helps translate strategic vision into operational execution. His role supports efficient and compliant day-to-day operations, robust supply chains, QMS oversight, regulatory compliance, and scalable business growth. His combination of biomedical engineering, medical-technology commercialization, and regional leadership experience strengthens the Company's ability to connect technical development, operational discipline, and responsible market expansion.
Medical Leadership:
Mark, our Chief Medical Officer, is a physician trained at Imperial College London (GMC 7455658), brings a rare combination of clinical experience, academic rigor, and first-principles biomedical thinking (physiological pathways). After beginning his career in Oxford University hospitals, he went on to build a strong academic profile through teaching and research roles at The Queen’s College, Oxford, the University of Manchester, and now at Imperial College. Mark is an internationally recognized longevity specialist.
In our team, Mark leads the scientific and medical direction of RP development. His work centers on combining pathway-driven perspectives with RP-Technology to generate robust clinical evidence for RP medical claims, with a focus on low-grade chronic inflammation, while also validating RP wellness products and prioritizing RP safety.
Diego, Chief Clinical Officer, graduated in medicine from UPAEP (CP 13866968). During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as Head of Interns and later as a Consultant for the COVID-19 Unit at United Memorial Medical Center in Texas, where he was directly involved in continuous patient care. He first developed a strong interest in Low-Grade Chronic Inflammation (LGCI) while researching its link to COVID under the supervision of Prof. Joseph Varon.
In our team, Diego leads the clinical implementation side of RP medicine. He oversees operations for RP clinical programs, supports the real-world deployment of RP wellness devices, and contributes to the validation of efficacy, safety, and practical clinical use.
Diego serves as the Health Officer of our medical office.
Roberto brings more than three decades of experience in electromagnetic wellness to the team. As a Naturopathic Therapist who graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Chapingo, renowned for its tradition in medicinal plants and natural medicine, he began specializing in PEMF wellness in 1990 after acquiring Drolet’s Rhumart PEMF system. Today, he applies this rare depth of experience to real RP-PEMF wellness protocols, helping shape a more advanced, refined, and optimized relaxation wellness experience.
Guided by the medical leadership of our CMO and CCO, and supported by coordinated teamwork across internal and external collaborators, we connect science, safety, and real-world RP application. Our common goal is to continuously improve products and protocols through clinical evidence, structured feedback, and practical experience. This includes clinical studies, protocol refinement, care-quality monitoring, and close attention to user experience and satisfaction.
RP-PEMF research is guided by Alejandra (Licentiate in Biology, Univ UAB), keeping Recovery Primed development anchored in physiology and focused on controllable, measurable outcomes.
Our IP portfolio development and strategy to obtain a defendable and enforceable IP position, engineered to survive real-world pressure, is led by our Chief Intellectual Property Officer, Peter (MS Eng, Univ. Twente), a seasoned common-sense inventor and patent developer, focused on medical and wellness devices, with successful real-world experience in high-stakes IP disputes (U.S. federal litigation).
Our sales partners, Doug in Canada and Ben in the UK, add local market expertise and direct, reliable customer support.
Different cultures, one shared philosophy:
Precision over Hype,
Proof over Claims,
and long-term Trust over shortcuts.

Wilfried's Story
From Industrial Visionary to Lifesaving Innovator
Wilfried founded companies, developed products, built factories, scaled companies, chaired and organised international scientific conferences, and held leadership roles on three continents.
For decades, he lived on airplanes and in boardrooms, managing teams, negotiating deals, and developing advanced technologies in metallurgy, energy, and medical systems.
Wilfried is a pioneer in applying deep physical and physiological principles to solve real-world health technology problems.
With 87 international patents across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America, his work spans advanced materials, medical technology and devices, wellness technology, oil-drilling systems, and electromagnetic engineering.
"I developed gout.
It escalated fast.
By 2010, I had to stop working.
Then my kidneys deteriorated,
My eGFR fell to 18.
I ran out of options."
Wilfried refused to stop there.
He shifted into full-time study of human physiology. He applied medical sciences, trained with specialists across the U.S. and internationally, and earned more than 20 certifications in integrative and traditional medical disciplines. He didn't chase trends; he chased mechanisms.
One insight changed everything: the body isn't just a set of organs. The human body is a coordinated system of trillions of cells, a multicellular being.
Each cell is an independent creature, capable of existing on its own. Each cell depends on its metabolism (nutrients and oxygen) for ATP (energy within cells) to perform tasks.
The human body (the totality of individual cells) can function well only when these cells perform their intended "tasks" and communicate effectively.
When these factors stay coherent, the whole system (body) performs. When one of these factors breaks down, chronic dysfunction follows.
In 2012, Wilfried began working with PEMF because the concept made sense: support the individual cells with physical signaling.
But the devices on the market left a gap. Some were gentle but inconsistent. Others pushed hard, with high drive, dense pulse trains, and high switching, yet brought trade-offs and user discomfort.
Most importantly, they rarely matched how biology actually behaves over time.
So, Wilfried built a different approach from first principles.
He mapped the biological targets PEMF interacts with, focused on the time domain, thresholds, recovery windows, breaking and oscillation mechanisms, and designed stimulation to occur only when targets can respond efficiently and effectively. For Wellness, taking cell physiology into account, he designed stimulation that avoids pathway activation, both direct and indirect.
An essential medical design goal for medical treatment was a solution for low-grade chronic inflammation (LGCI), the real origin of many chronic conditions, including his gout and resistant hypertension.
His mapping study of LGCI pathways also explained why conventional PEMF and other medical treatment modalities have failed to treat LGCI.
That work led to a new method: RP-PEMF (Recovery-Primed PEMF), pulses with long rest intervals, engineered control rather than brute-force, and high drive for effects.
-
RP-PEMF Wellness prioritizes a calm, conservative experience by:
-
low intensity plus
-
long rests between pulses
-
avoiding cumulative build-up and physiologic changes.
-
-
Medical RP-PEMF focuses on:
-
efficiently and effectively targeting pathways, delivering stimulation only when targets are responsive, not by overwhelming them continuously or with thousands of pulses when they cannot be activated,
-
applying breaking mechanisms to specific pathways,
-
delivering pulses at precise timing, avoiding pathway oscillation
-
The prototypes, now rooted in physiology, validated the RP-PEMF method and LOREM X, the certified platform for delivering it.
Wifried filed his patents number 86 and 87.
Today
Wilfried lives and works in Puerto Escondido, on the Atlantic coast of Mexico, where he oversees the manufacturing of Lorem X and continuous product development, driven by his RP philosophy:
Timing and control, like nature anticipates, beat intensity and hype.
"For the last years;
My eGFR has always been > 100 !!!
and I don't have gout attacks anymore."
